The Forest of Dean Camera Club is for anyone interested in photography, regardless of level, equipment, experience and/or age. We are a friendly group of people who share the simple goal of wanting to take better photos, and enjoy the process.

We are currently on our summer break, meeting on the second Monday of each month for a chat and catch up at the Rising Sun, Moseley Green at 7:30pm. And on the last Friday of each month we meet for an informal evening photographic challenge. The venue and challenge changes each month meet each week so email us if you’d like any more information.

Our 2018/19 season starts on September 3rd, 2018, meeting at the Viney St Swithins Sports and Social club from 7.30pm.

Visitors are welcome at any time, but membership will help you develop your photographic and printing skills, and encourage and help you to enter competitions and exhibitions both locally and nationally.

We run competitions throughout the season to help us improve our photography. Click HERE to see the Galleries of this season’s winning images.

We are always keen to share knowledge and experience and our Links page has lots of useful information on a range of topics. The most recent additions are a Digital Photography Education site with loads of videos for every type and level of photography, and some very useful Shortcut Cheat Sheets on Lightroom and Photoshop to help you edit your images much faster. Check them out and email us to let us know what you think.
